How does it work?

Simply take an online style quiz, which our stylist will use to curate a personalised selection of styles just for you. Once you've received your mystery box, you'll get 3 days to try out the pieces, and choose to buy whichever catches your fancy! A styling fee of $15 applies to all boxes -- but it's waived if you purchase any item from your box!

What is the condition of the item?

All of our items are preloved apparel in good condition!

What COVID-19 measure do you have in place?

With the recent COVID-19 developments, we’re operating in line with all guidance provided by the Government and local authorities. As such, we have implemented the following measures:

  • All staff are provided thermometers and are required to take their temperatures upon arrival at the warehouse and report their daily temperature readings 

  • All operation staff are provided with surgical masks and hand sanitisers for use during work and are instructed on proper disposal after use

  • All staff are required to be vigilant and observe good personal hygiene, from washing and sanitising their hands frequently to proper disposal of masks and gloves used

  • All staff who are not well and have respiratory symptoms are to seek medical attention and take rest

  • At our HQ, we are committed to increasing our hygiene measures and providing ample resources for our logistics fulfilment teams. Our warehouse staff will be fulfilling orders on a new operation schedule of multiple shifts to enforce stronger social distancing and limit the number of people interacting with each other at a time. 

What are the payment methods?

We only accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

My Order

How long does shipping take?

Once your order is confirmed, your mystery box will reach you up to 5 business days. While you’re waiting, our stylist will be hard at work carefully curating a personalised box that you’re sure to love!

How do I keep track of the shipping status?

You’ll receive an email with a tracking link on the day your box is shipped to you.

What are the delivery options?

We offer free islandwide delivery (except for Jurong Island, Changi airport and other offshore islands).

Where can Style Theory deliver?

We currently only deliver within Singapore.

Do I have to pay for shipping and return fee?

Don’t worry, all delivery and return fees are on us!

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

What happens if I accidentally damaged the item(s) during fitting?

You’ll be charged for the damaged item(s) but fret not, our customer service team will reach out to you first and advice accordingly.

What happens if I don't return the box on time?

We’ll send you timely reminders in case you forget! Firstly, a penalty fee of $30 for late returns will be charged if we do not receive the item(s) on the second day.

Subsequently, we’ll charge you for all unreturned items if you’ve failed to do so after a second reminder (styling fee and penalty fees for late returns will be deducted accordingly).

Can I return the item(s) that I have purchased?

Unfortunately, all sales are final and non-refundable!
