How does Style Theory work?
The Style Theory Membership is a monthly plan that allows you to rent from a wide collection of designer clothes.
How many items can I rent in a month?
It depends on the plan that you have subscribed to:
Capsule: Rent 2 boxes per month, 3 pieces in a box.
Essentials: Rent 3 boxes per month, 3 pieces per box.
Ultimate: Rent 4 boxes a month, 3 pieces per box
You may be able to redeem your reward points for additional pieces or buy additional boxes at any time.
How do I sign up to be a member?
Step 1: Sign up via our website or download the app and choose a plan that best suits your lifestyle!
Step 2: Browse through over 40,000 styles and select the styles you would like shipped to you. All our Clothes come ready to wear and fully pressed.
Step 3: When you’re ready for your next box, schedule swap via the app!
How does payment work?
You will be asked to enter your credit or debit card details at the start of your subscription. Payment will recur at the start of each monthly billing cycle and will stop once you decide to cancel at any time.
When will I receive my box?
Arrange a delivery before midnight and receive your box within 2 working days.
What condition are the items in?
Our luxury dry-cleaner, Jeeves, uses an extensive 7-stage cleaning process that combines 40 years of experience in fabric care with advanced dry cleaning equipment. We professionally maintain and inspect all of our items so they arrive in like-new condition.
Do you carry my sizes?
Our growing wardrobes are available in sizes ranging from XXS to XL. We have added a Size Recommendation feature to help you select your best fit within our app. Download the app and start exploring!
Do I have to pay for shipping or laundry?
Nope! Delivery, return and dry-cleaning costs are all included in your subscription.
How long do I have to wait before I can swap my items for something new?
No need to wait, you can swap your items for something new at any time - simply select your new box and schedule a swap via the app!
What happens to my boxes if I do not manage to use them all?
You will be able to roll over unused boxes for up to 6 months. There is a maximum of 10 boxes that can be rolled over at any point in time.
What happens if I run out of boxes?
You may purchase additional boxes via in-app chat for $45, alternatively you may consider upgrading your plan (more value for money!!).
Can I upgrade my subscription at a later stage?
Yes you may - upgrade your plan at any point in time via the app (“Subscription Details”). You will be billed for the difference between your current plan and your desired plan, the extra boxes will be added to you immediately.
Can I downgrade my subscription at a later stage?
Yes - all downgrades will take place at the next billing date onwards and your unused boxes will remain available to you even after the downgrade.
Can I pause my subscription
Yes you may pause your subscription. When you pause your subscription you will not be charged for your subscription from the next billing date onward. All unused boxes will roll over into the following month for up to 6 months and a maximum of 10 boxes can be rolled over at any time. Do note that the number of days that you can pause for will be calculated based on the length of your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We're sorry you're thinking of leaving! Subscriptions are prepaid so in the event you decide to unsubscribe after payment, you will not be able to receive a refund for that month but you will be able to unsubscribe from the service at any point in time.
Should you decide to unsubscribe from the service, here's how:
Step 1: Check your next billing date to plan your return. Log into Style Theory app > Profile tab > Subscription Details
Step 2: Return your bag and box at least ONE WEEK before your next billing date. Since membership is prepaid every month, you can maximize your usage and ensure your box is picked up or dropped off latest by ONE WEEK (excluding Sun & PH) before your next billing date renews. Plan ahead of time to secure timing slots.
Step 3: Make a request to cancel within our app: My Profile > Subscription Details > Manage > Request to cancel your subscription
Things to take note:
If you wish to terminate for both Apparel & Bag subscriptions, you would need to send in 2 separate requests . The respective team will be in touch shortly.
All termination requests are subjected to processing time between 10am - 5pm on Mondays to Fridays excluding Public Holidays, Eve of Public Holidays, and weekends.
Terminations requests after 5pm will be attended to the next working day, and a customer service agent will be in contact with you during the operational time.
Kindly note that to be eligible for terminations on the desired billing date, you should not be holding onto any boxes, and should not be on pause or have any outstanding payments.
A confirmation message will be sent out to you upon successful termination ONE day before your next billing renews.
