Does Style Theory guarantee the authenticity of its products?

Yes, we do! All items listed on our website have been verified by our in-house team of authentication experts. If you are able to provide us with clear evidence that an item you have purchased is not authenticated, we will refund you in full.

Are the items listed on the website new or preloved?

All items listed on our website are preloved unless otherwise stated.

What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days.
Note : During sale period, shipping typically takes 4- 8 business days.

How can I track the shipping status of my order?

You can track your order via Style Theory app. Download and open the Style Theory App, log in to your account, and tap My Box to check the status of the item you have purchased.

Do I need to sign for the delivery?

Yes. Due to the high value of our items, we require a signature upon delivery. Please note that a delivery will be considered completed once it is delivered to the address provided and signed for. We highly recommend using private addresses, such as a home address. Style Theory will not be liable for any loss of an item once the delivery is completed.

I made payment, but I changed my mind. Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate any cancellation or changes to any order once payment has been made. For assistance, chat with us via chat support on our webstore (located at the bottom of the screen), or email us at <hello@styletheory.co> with your order invoice number.

When I place an item into my cart, is the item reserved for me?

Unfortunately, items are not reserved for you when you add them to the cart. Kindly ensure that you checkout after adding the items to your cart.

How do I contact you if I have any issues with my purchase?

Is it safe to shop from your website?

We've always implemented safety and hygiene standards at our workplaces, including the warehouse, and are constantly raising and enforcing them. You can check out our hygiene measures here

With the recent COVID-19 developments, we are operating in line with all Government guidance and the local authorities. We constantly make sure that all appropriate health and hygiene standards are adhered to as we shift our resources and operations into ‘circuit breaker’ mode online, such as less staff on ground to practice responsible social distancing, opening new shifts for our staff to work in safe limits and reduce chances of social interaction. This is all enforced, in addition to compulsory use of masks and hand sanitization

What is the return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, kindly reach out to us through the intercom chat within 7 days from the date the item has been delivered to you and we'll charge a return fee according to the type of item you've purchased. Will I be charged for a shipping fee?

We do not charge any shipping fee for apparel purchases and we charge a flat shipping fee of $20 per order for bags purchases.

Are the images on your website true to the condition and size of the item sold?

We try our best to show the style and details of the items on the website, though the condition of the piece could vary since it is a preloved item. For more information on the condition and size, do check the item's condition label and product description on the product page before purchase. We recommend you to only purchase if you're comfortable with the condition of the item as described.

How do I know if the item will fit me?

We understand how important fit is when it comes to buying clothes, so we'd recommend you refer to the measurements provided on the product page before purchase as it differs across designers and brands.

If you're unsure, do chat with us through the chat support on our website (located at the bottom of the screen) and mention the product name or product URL.

Shipping and Deliveries

What are my delivery options?

We offer complimentary doorstep delivery island-wide (except Jurong Island, Changi airport and other offshore islands). We currently do not deliver outside of Singapore.

Will I be charged a shipping fee?

We do not charge any shipping fee for apparel purchases.
If you’d like to reschedule your delivery date, kindly do reach out to us via chat support on our webstore (located at the bottom of the screen) and mention the order details.

Return Policy

We charge a flat return fee of S$5 per return. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, kindly reach out to us at hello@styletheory.co or via chat support on our webstore (located at the bottom of the screen) within 7 days from the date the item has been delivered to you, and we will arrange for a pick-up!

To return an item:
Download and open the Style Theory App, and log in to your account. Go to My Box > Purchased, select the items you'd like to return, and tap Return the Item button.

Shipping and Deliveries

What are my delivery options?

We offer doorstep delivery island-wide (except Jurong Island, Changi airport and other offshore islands). We currently do not deliver outside of Singapore.

How does self-collection work?

Your order will be available for you to pick up on the next business day, between 5 - 7PM, Mon-Fri, at the Style Theory HQ: Interlocal Centre, 100G Pasir Panjang Rd, #06-17 (Lobby 2), Singapore 118523.

Note: We currently are not able to provide the self- collect option due to circuit breaker rules.

Will I be charged a shipping fee?

We charge a flat shipping of S$20 per order. If you’d like to reschedule your delivery date, kindly reach out to us via chat support on our website (located at the bottom of the screen) and mention the order details.

Return Policy

What is your return policy?

We do not charge any return fee for bags purchase returns. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, kindly reach out to us through the intercom chat within 7 days from the date the item has been delivered to you and we will arrange for a pick-up!

Once the item is received in the warehouse, our team will take 2-3 working days to authenticate and inspect the item’s condition. Upon satisfactory checks, we will process the refund to you in full within 30 days. Returns will only be accepted if its RFID tag and/or any other attached tags are still intact.

Please note that shipping fees will not be refundable.

Promotions and Sales

  • Promotions on our site or marketed via our marketing channels cannot be combined with any other offer.

  • Promo codes cannot be used on sale items unless otherwise noted.

  • Style Theory reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions and/or suspend the Promotion without prior notice.
