Browse our collection and pick the 3 available items you would like shipped to you. Clothes are delivered to you professionally dry-cleaned, pressed and ready to wear - at no additional cost! Wear them for as long as you like. When you're ready to pick your next 3 styles, select a return time slot on our app and we'll pick up your box. You can rent unlimited boxes a month!
How many items can I rent in a month?
You can rent unlimited boxes a month, 1 box (i.e. 3 pieces) at a time!
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time for new boxes range from next working day (Self Collection) to 2 working days (door-step delivery).Self Collection:

- WeWork City House (4 - 7PM, Mon-Fri excluding PHs)

- Robinsons at Raffles City #02-01 (6-10PM, Mon-Sun)

Where is the Style Theory service available?
We are currently available in Singapore and Jakarta, but will also be expanding to other fashion capitals soon! Let us know if you want Style Theory to come to your city!
How long do I have to wait for my join code?
We'll send your personal join code via email in 3 - 6 days. We on-board new pieces with each new joining subscriber, to ensure a healthy availability of apparel and the best 'Infinite Wardrobe' experience.
What condition are the items in?
Our luxury dry-cleaner, Jeeves, uses an extensive 7-stage cleaning process that combines 40 years of experience in fabric care with advanced dry cleaning equipment. We professionally maintain and inspect all of our items so they arrive in like-new condition.
What types of items can I rent?
Our collection of 40,000+ designer pieces include apparel and accessories - from professional workwear pieces, relaxed weekend styles, to statement dresses for your cocktail party.
Do you carry my sizes?
We carry sizes from XS to L. Our member reviews and size recommendation tool help recommend you the best fit for each design, according to your individual measurements.
What happens if the piece I want is not available?
We aim to ensure that anything you wish for will be available but in the unfortunate scenario that it is not, please put them on your wishlist to monitor their availability. Furthermore, our stylists are working with multiple designers to ensure that you will always have more than plenty to desire for!
Do I have to pay for shipping or laundry?
Nope! Delivery, return and dry-cleaning costs are all included in your subscription.
How do I swap my items for something new?
When you're ready to rent your next box, place all 3 items back in the box and seal it in the prepaid return bag provided.
Next, schedule a pickup through our mobile app and we'll pick your box up. Alternatively, you may also drop off your box at our office or WeWork City House.
You may choose your next 3 pieces once we've received your box!
Can I purchase any items?
Yes! We just launched our Forever-Yours feature, which allows you to purchase pieces that you've rented before and can't bear to part with. Spend less, rent more, and buy only what you truly love at a discount off the retail price.
What happens if I damage or lose an item or a box?
We understand that some wear and tear might be unavoidable. That's why we have a team of seamstresses and spotters on duty to handle minor stains and damages. However, for significant damage, lost items and theft, we will have to charge the retail price of the items.
How does pause feature work?
Going away for a short period of time and still wanting to keep your spot? Just pause your subscription. After the pause period ends, your account will be automatically reactivated. You won't be charged during your pause period and the amount of unused days left in your subscription will be pro-rated to you when your account is activated in the future.
How do I cancel my subscription?
While we are sad to see you leave, here's how to unsubscribe from your prepaid subscription:
Step 1: Check your next billing date to plan your return
Log into Styletheory app > Profile > Subscription Details
Step 2: Request to cancel via the app ONE week in advance to plan your dates to return your final box
My Profile > Subscription Details > Manage > Request to cancel your subscription
Kindly note that if you wish to terminate for both Apparel & Bag subscriptions, you would need to send in 2 requests (1 for each of the subscription). The respective team will be in touch shortly.
Step 3: Return all your pieces and box back to us before your next billing date
Since subscription is prepaid, you can maximize your usage and ensure your box is picked up or dropped off latest by TWO working days (excluding Sun & PH) before your next billing date renews. Do schedule a return ONE day in advance before return to secure slots.
Things to take note:
- All termination requests are subjected to processing time between 10am - 5pm on Mondays to Fridays excluding Public Holidays, Eve of Public Holidays, and weekends.
- Terminations requests after 5pm will be attended to the next working day, and a customer service agent will be in contact with you during the operational time.
- Kindly note that to be eligible for terminations on the desired billing date, you should not be holding onto any boxes, and should not be on pause or have any outstanding payments.
- A confirmation message will be sent out to you upon successful termination ONE day before your next billing renews.
